Returns Policy

We Marysocks want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us in a new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund.

We Marysocks have a very clear policy of returns and refunds. We give complete chance to our customers to check the quality of our products and complain to us if there is any issue faced by them regarding our products.  We strictly believe in high quality standards and we ship all articles and items in ideals conditions at Marysocks LTD. We test all of our products to completely ensure that they are consistently being produced at top quality with a constant high standard. To return items to us, please send them back to us with a note stating your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange /and what size/colour you'd like/.

PLEASE NOTE: When returning items from The Channel Islands, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as "Returns Department" to avoid incurring extra customs charges.

The cost of the return postage for a correct & non-faulty item will be at your own expense. You need to fill out the return form though in such a case at our website and tell us your reason for returning. It is imperative that items must be returned in the original condition as they were sent. A used or laundry item would not be acceptable to us for a return. The cost of the return postage for   will be at your own expense. If we send you a defective product though, we will happily refund your shipping expense.

Always remember that you are responsible for the return of the product. We at Marysocks LTD reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange if we receive a damaged product or if it is lost in the way. You can use a return policy with an insurance cover for the value of the product. You should also inform us by email before returning an item.

Marysocks outward postage will be refunded under the Distance Selling Regulations if an entire order is returned to us for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt of the order. You are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless they are incorrect or faulty.

Description of products

We always make sure and try that products are displayed properly and their descriptions are written perfectly according to the way you will receive and perceive them. There are always some differences though which are due to photography and reproduction of articles in pictures for the website. Mostly, you would not find a major difference between the pictures of a product and the product itself. You should also use our size guide to choose the best size and fit for your child. It is always better to use measurements in centimetres because they are more accurate.
